Delpha, as it is known in Akielos, or Delfeur as it is known in Vere, is a key province sitting between the two kingdoms. It has exchanged hands through warfare at various times. Vere lost Delpha to Akielos in the war that ended with Auguste's and Aleron's deaths, six years before the events of the Trilogy.
Through the events set in Prince's Gambit, Delfeur becomes part of Vere again, following a treaty signed by the rightful King of Akielos Damianos to Vere's crown prince, Laurent.
